Does anyone here have favourite films to watch on Hallowe'en? There are some good, some bad and some terrible ones out there, but I'd like to start a list of films we enjoy at this spooky time of year - and I'm hoping some of you can recommend something great I haven't yet watched. Here goes with 3 of my favourites for Hallowe'en - I've tried not to pick ones that are too obvious:

i just sean this movie and it is a heartfelt flim very tender emotions ... about a boy who has a whild heart and confustion about his family and .. just wanted somone to pay antion to him .. and he is a very spacil child .. dealing with his inscuredy with his family of beast... and in the end ... understanding how tame that beast we all have inside our selfs ... i lov ethe ending .. i cryed .. it was a happy understaning thankfully cry .. when you see this film i think you all will understad...

Just been to see it this morning with Kate.
What a beautiful film, I was in tears though about 15 minutes into the film and then again at the end but laughed so much through the middle"!!!!
A really wonderful piece of animation with a great storyline and brilliant characters.
Russell is just a gem and Mr Frederickson is gorgeous!!!

Intriguing film which follows the lives of three couples brought together by a serious car accident.
What makes this film so intriguing is the way the film unfolds, cutting between the lives of the three couples whilst jumping backwards and forwards in the storyline. Its definately a film that needs at least a second viewing to appreciate the complexity of the story.
All this and Naomi Watt's nipples .....a film not to be missed.

No thread about this film yet ? I'm surprised. WHAT an amazing film - beautiful to look at, wonderfully tempered performances from the two young leads and the gore, although graphic, never feels 'too much' ... eep, I'm not very good at this ! Don't want to discuss too much for fear of spoilers but, if you haven't already, please see this.

A cute little film, I recommend it. However, there is a KATE CONNECTION here! They show the classic Saturday Night Live sketch where Dan Ackroyd plays Julia Child accidentally cutting herself and blood showering everywhere - this happens to be the same episode where Kate was the musical guest!

He died this morning of heart attack while walking in New York. Besides "Baby," he also directed "Sixteen Candles," "Ferris Bueller" and "The Breakfast Club." Very sad.
