Hi All,

I thought the forum could do with a little distraction after the recent 'kerfuffle'.

I recently transferred some old camcorder Hi8 tapes to my Spanking New MacBook Pro and thought you might like to see this...

Its footage of the Premier of Kate's film, "The Line, The Cross and The Curve" at the 37th London Film Festival back in '93.

OK, so this is the TV special that we all hunger for in HQ (grumble). But that aside, I was wondering if anyone knows exactly what TV programme / station it was recorded for? This is quite possibly old ground, but watching the ropey out-of-synch blur-fest that's circulating as the best available copy, it did strike me that if we knew who aired it then maybe requests to that station for a re-broadcast might be considered even if only briefly? It has to be worth a shot. Miracles can happen...

Hello all - a slightly strange first post but I wondered if anyone in here is able to identify the photographer who took the photographs in this series . . . I've seen quite a few from this session floating around over the years and always wondered who took them and what they were used for, ie magazine session, cover art. If I'm not much mistaken, the blue "dolphin" pics that were used for the Japanese Symphony In Blue sleeve were from the same session, at least it looks...

Is there any psychologist for kids here ? Looking at Bertie's drawings the other day,i was wondering if we could interpret them.Such as for example,the size of each finger of his characters;also the fact that there's a very small sun (daddy ?) and a very big mountain (mummy?).
But i'm not a specialist,so i'm waiting for your opinion.Belladonna maybe ?

I just saw 'Bright Star', the John Keats biopic by Jane Campion. In a (real) letter to his love Fanny Brawne we hear her Keats using an expression I've never heard in common speech, outside Kate's album: '..tell [me] you will never for ever be less kind to me than today'.
