Finally managed to get hold of a French Bat Wing copy of Breathing.
Cost me £42 quid. But hell...

Just wanted to share my joy, and poverty, with everyone.

Still have to keep my eye out and my savings ready for the Uruguayan TKI, an NOTS and a Greek vinyl TRS.

That's a lot of money for a vinyl bootleg!

Is it an especially good recording - or just a rare item that supply/demand has produced a high price for?

In other words - is it worth that much money?

Will it provide the ultimate 'kick inside'?

Just now, while going through a stack of CDs to get some calaloguing information, I was reminded of a strange situation, which I noticed when I bought the CD in question in 2004. It's a copy of Al Stewart's Modern Times, and it's obvious from the way the surface looks that it must be a CD-R. But the labeling looks far too elaborate to be a knockoff. Likewise, the liner sheet looks of good quality, with high resolution, multiple sheets stapled, and so on. The only thing a bit...

This morning I bought from my local 'Cash Converters' shop an almost new copy of the two disc The Whole Story '94 VideoCd for £3.

I think thats quite a bargain but does anyone know if this release in particularly collectable?
