And an anagram of Michael Jackson is 'Lice Jock Shaman' - and Kate once wrote a song about...erm...oh hell I got nothing.

Both sound a little bit like Julie Burchill when they speak (or spoke, in Jacko's case),,, It's more or less past tense for Kate, too, isn't it? |

Oh how miserable!!! Pessimism - schmessimism! Kate's recording new stuff as we speak!
Another one - both Michael Jackson & Kate have recorded songs with "The" in the title, several times! Kissyfoot - the world's first foot fetish rock band: http://www.myspace.com/kissyfootband |

Well, there you have it. Forget autopsies and all that. We have the cause of MJ's death. He put on the red shoes.

So, Kate and Jackson killed Kennedy ?
Re-mastering good old albums is like photoshopping Mona Lisa. |

Well, obviously. Have you checked Kate and MJ's lyrics for references to assassinations - spoooky.

Kate has never appeared driven to excess by her ego. Driven, yes. But Kate has a nice, level head about fame. Michael J. allowed himself to be eaten alive by
his ego. He should have paid closer attention to Black Sabbath in the '70s.
They both have fiercely loyal fans. |

Michael Jackson should have JOINED Black Sabbath!!! Imagine it: "Finished with my woman 'cause she couldn't help me with my mind - AWWWW!!!!"

The odd thing is Kate has more similarities to Michael Jackson than she does with Tori Amos.

Perhaps so! Not only that but-and, come to think of it, I've never said actually this to anyone before-I can probably actually relate more to a lot of the emotional vibe in Tori's music, in terms of my own feelings, than to what Kate expresses. What I mean is, I don't necessarily look to music to be an expression of my own feelings and emotions, or to validate my own reality. On the contrary, more often that not, I want it to take me away from all that. Those who use music to express their baggage about sexual abuse, or religious conflicts, or political philosophy--I can totally relate to that. It's just that it doesn't usually turn me on when it's expressed as music. |
